Horror: Just watched 'Devil' and I am not freaked out, nor am I impressed. I guess I was expecting to feel a bit more claustrophobic. Ever since 'Lady in the Water' I've slowly become less and less of a fan. I believe he has a special kind of creativity, and a knack for suspense, that no other film director/writer possesses. I haven't given up on him yet!

Agreed, but I've yet to revisit the feeling that he brought out in me with The Sixth Sense. I hope to see more like that as well but have been disappointed. I don't know what it is about some of his latest characters but they seem a bit forced and insencere. I haven't been able to put my finger on what exactly it is about his recent films, but I think that's as close as I can get.

Your mind is as quick as a whip. Holy jeez, I sound like my grandmother. I'm really hoping that posting a new email addy will get me my notifications. Looking through tophorror last night I saw that you'd posted a few things that I didn't respond to. Made my stomach hurt! I'm not a jerk who doesn't respond to postings, I swear!
