Well, it was fun while it lasted... THIS WAS THE EXPANSION PAGE... Due to a lack of TIME, I will be concentrating all of my efforts on my original film blog. Remakes and Prequels: Why is the Horror genre such an easy target for remakes and prequels? Is it film title recognition? And how long after the cult success of the original, is it acceptable to remake that film?
I say about 20 years... and that's about what it boils down to isn't it? Let the next generation watch it and decide that they can do it better only to fail miserably.
